TEN/Resume 66 Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a resume package from Resume 66, you understand and agree to enter our resume development process. You will begin this process by completing a career and job hunt questionnaire, understanding that all applicable information you provide will be used by our writer to create a first draft of your resume. The successful completion of the resume development process is dependent on your timely responses to questions, comments, and other communications from the resume writer, as well as your prompt review of resume drafts when provided by the writer.
You may receive a full refund for your resume package ONLY if you have not completed the career and job hunt questionnaire. Once this questionnaire is completed, it will be sent to the next available resume writer to begin work on the first draft. We are then unable to issue a full refund once the resume process enters first draft development.
You may apply for a partial refund after the first draft has begun, understanding that these requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your refund request is fulfilled, you will receive the amount of the original package minus a $50 cancellation fee; this is necessary to compensate our resume writer for his/her time spent on your initial draft.
You understand and agree that your participation is necessary in Resume 66’s resume development process in order for the writer to deliver a high-quality final draft of your resume. The first draft of your resume will be available for your review on or near the third business day after we receive your completed questionnaire. Once this draft is available, you will have five (5) business days to work with your assigned resume writer. During this time, you will submit suggestions, comments, and/or additional information through Resume 66’s online portal for our writer to adapt and edit your resume. Each subsequent draft will be delivered to you in one (1) business day.
After ten (10) business days from the receipt of your initial career and job hunt questionnaire, your opportunity to communicate with your assigned resume writer will expire. The most recent draft of your resume will be considered your complete and final draft, and you will be sent the final versions of your resume. At this time, your resume account with Resume 66 will expire.
Resume 66 reserves the right to close your account if you do not respond to emails in a timely manner, or if your communications with our writer are deemed inappropriate or unprofessional.
